And now from Sarah’s creations, we have a little cottage for a couple. Cept… it might not have a bathroom. Oh no. It does, downstairs; which was terrible planning on my part. But anyway.

 One bedroom. One bathroom. Balcony, Living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar. And a guest room.

Now for the couple. Just a couple of standard old people. Husband and wife, together for years. The man loves animals, and the woman wants to be an artist. I do not think I gave them bios so feel free to make your own. And change traits. Anything goes.

Cassidy Romaine (Born Elrond) what can one say about Cassidy? She's an individual who isn't afraid of anything or anyone. One time, she punched a guy in the face, it was AWESOME! Oh yeah, that's her catch phrase.  Cassidy also suffers from Bi-polar disorder, so her mood swings can make living around her difficult. But don't let that get you down! When shes happy she's lovely.

Toshiko Sasaki

Toshiko "Tosh" Sasaki is a very artistic twenty-four year old who lives in a small, crappy apartment, but likes it that way. She loves to sculpt and paint, but her true passion lies in photography. Tosh spends all of her free time taking pictures of anything that catches her eye, and uploads it to her website. She hopes to someday become a famous photographer (who also dabbles in painting and sculpting, of course).

Sarah here (though I go by many other names as well) presenting my three latest sims. Aiko Hinamori, Chesney Johnston and Newton Williams. 

Chesney:
Chesney 'Chestnut' Johnston is 23. She's not your average person. Because of her Autism she doesn't really understand people, and other take that as rebellion and an apathy for rules. Her love of music is going to take her far, but only if she can stop annoying her managers and band members.

Aiko Hinamori:
Aiko came about when her mother had an affair with a high profile business associate in Japan. She was the child that was never wanted, and moved in with her father when she turned sixteen. Not long after she met her future bandmate and closest friend Chesney.

Newton Williams:
Newton Williams is your average punk rocker. He has connections in record companies which got him a record deal, but he's not too sure this is where he really belongs. their careers are just calling his name. But who is he to challenge what his parents wanted for him?

Aria Chapel and Danny Hayward

Hello everyone! I present to you my first creations for Peanut Sims: Danny Hayward and Aria Chapel!

Danny Hayward is a friendly nerd who prefers to stay out of everyone's way, which is probably a factor as to why she moved out of her parent's house immediately after turning eighteen. Now twenty-one, she wishes to become a journalist after graduating from college. 

Aria Chapel, just barely eighteen, is a really shy, friendly and family-oriented girl, and spends almost all of her free time playing her guitar. It is her lifelong dream to become a well known musician that girls like her can look up to.
